Crew on shiftKingston 21:00:00 JMNightshift v1.0 / Build 2026.10.18
How it works / 4 stepsSelf-service setup

Four steps. Then the crew takes the shift.

You set the rules once. The crew works within them, Control Room checks every action, and you read the results each morning. Run entirely by AI. A human steps in only when it truly matters.

01 / The four stepsSetup to Morning Brief

From setup to your first Morning Brief.

Tell us about your business.

Complete a guided setup and connect your approved systems, such as your calendar.

Choose your shift.

Select the tasks, channels, limits and rules your agents can follow.

Let the crew work.

Nightshift handles eligible requests, logs completed actions and stops safely on exceptions.

Wake up ahead.

Get your Morning Brief with results, exceptions and next actions.

02 / SetupBefore go-live

What setup involves.

Setup is guided and self-service. The agents do the setup work from your answers.

  • A short qualifying form: your location, call volume, the systems you use and what you want the crew to do.
  • Workflows we cannot yet support are waitlisted, and we tell you why.
  • You confirm you own the business and connect your systems with secure sign-ins.
  • You add your approved FAQs, opening hours, prices you want shared and your rules for exceptions.
  • Automated tests check phone routing, booking, records, messages and what happens when something fails. The crew goes live only after they pass.
03 / What you controlYour rules

Permissions

Which systems each crew can read or change. Agents never go beyond the authority you give.

Rules and limits

Opening hours, booking rules, contact times, approved wording and any spending limits.

Exceptional decisions

Refunds, complaints, unusual requests and anything else outside the rules come to you.

04 / An example taskSwarm at work
Task clock / Example

How several agents complete one job.

An example booking. Times are illustrative.

  1. 21:14Front Desk

A caller asks for an appointment.

The Phone Desk answers, says it is an AI assistant and takes down what the caller needs.

  2. 21:14Control Room

It checks the caller and the rules.

Control Room confirms the request is something you allowed and the crew has permission to act.

  3. 21:15Front Desk

    It checks your real calendar.

The agent looks for a free slot in your connected calendar. It never invents availability.

  4. 21:15Control Room

    The result is verified.

A separate check confirms the booking is in your calendar before it counts as done.

  5. 21:15Front Desk

    The caller gets a confirmation.

A confirmation goes out by an approved channel, such as WhatsApp.

  6. 06:45Intelligence Unit

    It reaches your Morning Brief.

The booking and a short call summary appear in your report. If anything could not be verified, the crew declined and recorded why.

05 / When something goes wrongSafe stop

Stop, record, alert, resume.

  • Automated retries are limited to a set number.
  • If an action is uncertain, unauthorised or unsafe, the crew stops and records the reason.
  • You, or the contact you chose, are alerted with a clear status.
  • The task resumes only when the missing information or approval arrives.
  • Nothing is quietly passed to a person behind the scenes.
