Plenty of local businesses have loyal customers and strong reputations, yet calls go unanswered while the owner is busy, quotes go cold and reminders never get sent.
Nightshift exists to take that repeatable work off their hands with an AI crew that works day and night, within rules the owner sets. We are starting in Jamaica, with businesses that run on appointments.

We are building Nightshift so that agents also run Nightshift itself: sign-up, setup from your answers, usage tracking and billing, health checks and the help centre.
The founder, Larren Peart, sets the rules and handles contracts and legal matters. He does not do the routine work, and no hidden team does it either.
